In 1966. CBS records commissioned Milton Glaser to design a special poster to be packaged with the album Bob Dylan’s Greatest Hits. Glaser took inspiration from a Marcel Duchamp self-portrait and the result was this energetic design with swirling streams of colors evoking the effects of counter-cultural psychedelic drugs. This poster is a four-color lithographic reproduction. printed in Glaser’s New York City studio in 2008. of the original poster. which is a work in MoMA’s collection. Poster is in new condition.
